Training will cover topics such as team building, inclusion, social-emotional intelligence, and child engagement. Following the training weeks, Fieldston CITs will become certified in First Aid/CPR. This will enable CITs to utilize their new skills and function as junior counselors at our very own Fieldston camps for the last week of the program. At the conclusion of the summer, CITs may be invited to return the following summer to work as junior counselors.
Program cost: $1200
*Read the Week of Discovery section to learn more about the CIT program offered at Ethical Culture.
