Fieldston Future Leaders & MINI Camp

Our mission

Fieldston Future Leaders is a summer STEAM program for children ages 4-14 aimed at igniting a sense of discovery and wonder through exploration. Our mission is to allow campers to choose their own summer adventures by engaging in the variety of activities offered across our six-week program. In Fieldston Future Leaders, your children are in the driver’s seat as they let their interests and curiosities lead them. At FFL, the adults create S.T.E.A.M activities and experiences that are hands-on, process-focused, and solutions-oriented, then move into the role of facilitator as your children play, discover, learn and create.

All of our FFL programs cater to leadership development, confidence building, and creativity.

Camp Director

Nikki Buccello

Welcome and thank you for choosing Fieldston Future Leaders summer camp!!! Before I begin, thank you for entrusting your child with us this summer. We assure you that we will make every effort to make this a positive experience for both you and your child.

This will be the inaugural year of Fieldston Future Leaders. Fieldston Future Leaders is a blend of traditional camp activities and STEAM. My vision for this program is to promote lifelong learning in a fun and collaborative environment. The past few years have proven how much our children need social connections and a feeling of belonging. Our camp promotes that while exploring all that STEAM subjects have to offer.

Fieldston Future Leaders wants our campers and counselors to be a part of a safe, happy, and fun environment that shares a set of core values. These core values are interwoven into camper and counselor relationships as well as our daily activities and decision-making, in hopes of instilling a lifelong code of positivity, respect, kindness, and acceptance.

We are all eagerly looking forward to this summer and I know the staff can’t wait to meet your children and take them on this new adventure.

I'll see you soon!
