Mission and Philosophy

Fieldston Future Leaders Camp mission is to spark curiosity, inspire creativity, and build confidence through hands-on exploration and meaningful experiences.

At Fieldston Future Leaders, campers are in the driver’s seat. Each week, they choose from a range of activities—from robotics and design to visual arts and nature-based projects—based on their interests. Our educators act as facilitators, creating playful, open-ended opportunities rooted in real-world problem-solving.

New this year, Fieldston Future Leaders includes recreational sports like soccer, basketball, and flag football. Campers can customize their schedules, blending sports, arts, and STEAM to match their passions. With support every step of the way, each camper charts their own path.

We believe summer is a time for joy, growth, and self-direction. Whether building from scratch or tackling a group challenge, campers develop leadership, strengthen decision-making, and gain confidence—all in a fun, nurturing environment.
